    Free cancellation/change of booking is possible up to 3 month before the start of the holiday without giving reasons.

    • Cancellation 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total rental price.
    • Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total rental price.
    • In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total rental price.
    • In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total rental price.

    Price incl. bed linen, hand/shower towels, WLAN, for a minimum stay of 7 days. Surcharge for a shorter stay 10 to 25 %.
    Sauna/steam bath/infrared and free entry to the Serfaus outdoor swimming pool.

    Surcharge for each additional person (pull-out couch/extra beds/children's beds) up to € 20.00 per day

    The price is exclusive "Super.Sommer.Card" from summer 2022. Price "Super.Sommer.Card":
    Adults: € 5.00 per person/day. Children (born 2007 to 2015): € 2.50 per child/day.

    All apartments/rooms are ready for occupancy after 3:00 p.m. at the booked day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at your day of departure.

    Reservation only in written form (letter or e-mail with confirmation from our side) and with prepayment. Payment in cash; money transfer only upon agreement and not later than 4 days prior to departure. We do not accept credit cards.

    Payment in CASH; EC card, bank transfer by arrangement up to 3 days before departure. We do not accept credit cards.

  • keyboard_arrow_rightTravel Insurance

    We recommend the acquisition of a travel insurance.  Travel Cancellation Insurance.

    In order to protect yourself against cancellation costs, we expressly recommend that you take out travel expenses or cancellation insurance:
