Winter pricelist 2023/24

Price incl. sauna/steam bath and infrared 5x/week, bed linen, towels, table linen, internet access for a stay of 7 days. Surcharge for a shorter stay 10 to 25%.
Plus local tax € 2,60 per day/person (from 15 years) and final cleaning € 70,00 to € 120,00 for the studios/apartments.

Surcharge for each additional person (cot, extra bed) in the apartments/studios € 28.00 to € 35.00 per day.

Daily bread roll service is also available for an additional charge.

The apartments/studios are available at your date of arrival from 4:00pm. At your date of departure please leave your room until 9:30am.

Fixed reservations only in written form (letter/fax/e-mail), with confirmation and with deposit.

Payment in cash or money transfer 3 days before your departure the latest. EC-card only up to € 500.00. We do not accept credit cards

Free cancellation/change of booking is possible up to 3 months before the start of the holiday without giving reasons.

Outside this period the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total rental price.
• Up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total rental price.
• In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total rental price.
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total rental price.
• 20€ handling fee

In order to protect yourself against cancellation costs, we expressly recommend that you take out travel expenses or cancellation insurance:
